Because we've expanded the event and are anticipating more attendees this year, TAG Fest will now be running on the second and third floors. Registration will be on the second floor. Please refer to the event map for more information:
HOW MUCH IS ADMISSION?
Admission is just $5 per person at the door. Don't forgot you'll also be spending money on merch, food, events, and game tournaments!
WHERE DO I PARK?
There are a number of lots located near the SeaGate Centre. You can park at one of those, or park in the underground parking garage located on the Summit Street side of the SeaGate Centre, accessible by the circle drive. Please note parking will be limited there. Rates will vary, but are usually $3 - $6, depending on where you park. Unfortunately, we are unable to determine parking prices, as these are set by their respective owners.
Street parking is free on the weekends. Be sure to use caution when choosing a spot, and make sure you are allowed to park in the spot you stop at!
ARE YOU OFFERING PRE-REGISTRATION?
Not this time. Pre-reg was not a well-utilized feature last go around. After all, how much of a discount can we provide on five bucks? Admission for TAG Fest 2.0 can be paid for at the door this year, and we will be offering credit card and PayPal options at the show as well!
WHO IS THE MASCOT ARTIST?
Our lovely Sakura has gone through several iterations in her life. Created by Kevin Copus and refined by Halah Mohamed, Sakura was overhauled by the very talented Seth Hengstler of Seth Illustrations for TAG Fest 1.5. Not one to reuse artwork, we commissioned the amazing Mandy E. of Yamer Pro to create yet another look for Sakura for TAG Fest 2.0. Be sure to drop by their booths and purchase a print!

We try to answer e-mail daily (save for the weekend, because we need time to actually watch anime), so if you haven't received a response to your question, please try again. If you're trying to volunteer, purchase a booth, or anything like that, we'll send a confirmation e-mail to let you know you're all set.
If you haven't received a reply from us, check your spam folder to make sure it didn't end up there. If there isn't a reply, contact us again. It's not that we're ignoring you; the e-mail probably got lost along the way.

IS TAG FEST STILL AFFILIATED WITH OWENS COMMUNITY COLLEGE?
No. The TAG Fest staff and Owens Community College decided it would be mutually beneficial to part ways. TAG Fest is now seperate from Owens Community College and is now operated by Glass City Con LLC.
WAIT, THERE'S A BIG CHANGE TO THE EVENT?
The harshest reality is there are going to be changes as we find things that aren't working, aren’t right, or have someone bail on us the night before the event. Check the site, Facebook or Twitter often to ensure the most up-to-date information.
I FOUND AN ERROR ON THE WEBSITE! SHOULD I REPORT IT?
Yes! While we try to keep the site error free, bugs do slip in from time to time. If you find broken link, mispelled word, or something that looks funky (not including Big Uncle Fuku), contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll fix the problem ASAP!
I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT...
Not that we don’t want to hear from you, but if you have a question about the event and you haven’t looked through the site, please take a moment to check it out. More than likely you’ll find your answer somewhere around there. If there’s mention of work still being done on the site, check back! Chances are, if it’s not done yet, we don’t know.
