WHAT IS TAG FEST?
TAG Fest, which stands for Toledo Anime & Gaming Fesitval, is a one-day celebration of gaming and anime. At TAG Fest, you can play video games in our massive game room, challenge fellow gamers to competitions and tournaments, or partake in some tabletop or collectable card gaming. We'll also have anime screenings running the entire day, as well as panels and other events. Dealers will also be offering a variety of gaming and anime merchadise! Most of all, it's a place to hang out with friends and make new ones!

TAG Fest first ran on December 3, 2011 and featured awesome gaming tournaments, a great selection of dealers, and exciting events, and brought in 200 attendees! After a three year haitus, the Glass City Con crew took over the event and is bringing it back to Toledo in 2015!

WHEN & WHERE IS TAG FEST 1.5?

TRAVEL ADVISORY: The Anthony Wayne Bridge (High Level Bridge, Woodville Road) will be closed during the convention. This will affect travlers on Ohio State Routes 2, 51, and 65. We recommend taking Interstate 75.

HOW MUCH IS ADMISSION?
Admission is just $5 per person at the door. Pre-register today and get more perks! Check out the Registration page for more information about prices.

Don't forgot you'll also be spending money on merch, food, events, and game tournaments!

DIDN'T TAG FEST USED TO BE FREE?
Going private is not without its downsides. There are a lot expenses which are now the responsiblity of OtakUtopia, not college funding. Events like this ain't cheap, and we need to recover those costs so we can bring you the best con experience! Here's a breakdown of the expenses we're looking at:

Venue & Insurance
$1,300
Promotion
$500
Equipment Purchases & Rentals
$1,000
Supplies
$200

I SENT YOU AN E-MAIL, BUT NEVER HEARD BACK!
We try to answer e-mail daily (save for the weekend, because we need time to actually watch anime), so if you haven't received a response to your question, please try again. If you're trying to volunteer, purchase a booth, or anything like that, we'll send a confirmation e-mail to let you know you're all set.

If you haven't received a reply from us, check your spam folder to make sure it didn't end up there. If there isn't a reply, contact us again. It's not that we're ignoring you; the e-mail probably got lost along the way.

You can also contact us via Facebook or Twitter.

IS TAGE FEST STILL AFFILIATED WITH OWENS COMMUNITY COLLEGE?
No. The Glass City Con staff and Owens Community College decided it would be mutually beneficial to part ways. TAG Fest is now seperate from Owens Community College and is now sponsored by OtakUtopia.

WAIT, THERE'S A BIG CHANGE TO THE EVENT?
The harshest reality is there are going to be changes as we find things that aren't working, aren’t right, or have someone bail on us the night before the event. Check the site, Facebook or Twitter often to ensure the most up-to-date information.

I FOUND AN ERROR ON THE WEBSITE! SHOULD I REPORT IT?
Yes! While we try to keep the site error free, bugs do slip in from time to time. If you find broken link, mispelled word, or something that looks funky (not including Big Uncle Fuku), contact us immediately at glasscitycon@gmail.com. We'll fix the problem ASAP!

I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT...
Not that we don’t want to hear from you, but if you have a question about the event and you haven’t looked through the site, please take a moment to check it out. More than likely you’ll find your answer somewhere around there. If there’s mention of work still being done on the site, check back! Chances are, if it’s not done yet, we don’t know.

However, if something looks missing, or you have any questions or comments, please contact us at glasscitycon@gmail.com!

WHAT OTHER ATTRACTIONS ARE IN THE AREA?
What? Glass City Con isn’t enough for you? If you need to bribe the non-anime fan you roped into driving you to the convention who refuses to accept what’s good for them, they’ll find some respite in some of the local attractions.

For more information on what Toledo has to offer you, check out Desination Toledo. The Ramada Toledo Conference Center also provides a brief list of attractions in the area.

Just don't forget about Glass City Con when you go out and about!
